SUMMER SPECIAL! We are currently offering a move-in special for select three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartments. New move ins for these select units during June & July 2026 will receive one month of free rent, plus an additional $500 incentive provided as either a Visa gift card or a rent credit when they sign a 6-12 month lease. If you sign a 12 month lease you will receive a one month worth credit on your last month living here. Located in Colorado City, AZ.

Our residents are only responsible for power. We offer a wide range of amenities, including a clubhouse with a reception/game room, a business center, and a fully equipped fitness center. You'll also have access to a pool, hot tub, dog park, covered parking, and a BBQ pavilion with two fire pits and grill areas throughout the property.
Deposit is biased off of results from a background and credit check.
We are a pet-friendly community, allowing a max of 2 animals per unit. We have specific guidelines for specific pets, please check with our office in regard to our specific pet policy.
For pets 50 lbs. or less, a $500 pet deposit is required per pet. Monthly pet rent is $35/mo per pet.
Pets over 50 lbs, a $700 pet deposit is required per pet. Monthly pet rent is $50/mo per pet.
