I have been seeing lots of sellers act proactively when it comes to getting their homes ready for the market… Here’s a timeline tip for you:
🔥 If you need your home to be sold by November or December, you don’t need to wait until October to get in on the market.
⏰ We are listing homes in early August that need to be sold by November.
🏡 While every home is different, our local Colorado Springs market can sometimes be unpredictable and vary in experience from home to home.
📆 Homes take 30-45 days to close AFTER we’ve found a buyer (in most cases). With a November 1 close date in mind, you need to be under contract by early October at the latest.
🍂 If you’re eyeing Fall 2026 as a target “i’m out of my own & it is no longer mine” timeframe, the time to get prepped is today.
