Every home sale comes with its own set of challenges, and this one definitely had its fair share! From navigating the middle of the fires this summer to dealing with a banged-up roof, we had to duck, weave, and negotiate to get this one CLOSED 💪

And we got it DONE — their home SOLD in less than 60 DAYS from listing to closing… AT FULL PRICE! 🏡🔥
