One of the biggest mistakes sellers make?Waiting until they’re “ready” to talk to a Realtor.

The best time to start the conversation is BEFORE you want to list.

Why? Because small things done ahead of time can make a huge difference in how quickly your home sells and how much money you walk away with. Sometimes it’s as simple as paint colors, decluttering, landscaping, timing the market correctly, or knowing what updates are actually worth spending money on.

I never want my clients wasting time or money on things that won’t give them a return.

Even if moving is 6 months or a year away, creating a game plan early puts you in the best position possible when the time comes 🏡
