Sometimes you hustle for your clients and it doesn't work out like you wanted. This week we couldn't come to an agreement on a contract after inspection as the sellers did not want to take responsibility for their 29 year old roof. Sometimes part of being a good agent is helping your buyers determine when it's time to walk away. We always post about the successes but sometimes I think it is important to post about the struggles as well.
