It’s very important that you’re not left in the dark anxiously awaiting an update. Once all is said and done, 15% of all commissions earned are donated to local animal charities that do amazing work. These charities are involved in rescue work, end of life care, TNR (trap neuter release), and even ensuring that sick/injured pets are able to stay with their loved ones when medical expenses would otherwise result in them being surrendered. We understand that not everyone is currently looking to buy or sell real estate. Though, awareness of who we are and what we do is vital! The average home sale in the Pike’s Peak region would generate around $2,500 in donations. This means you could be responsible providing that support to animals in need simply by telling your friend, coworker, or family member who is looking to buy/sell about us. Know someone in a different state or even country? PAW Properties is able to research and find a realtor that matches that person’s needs. This costs nothing for the person needing a realtor and allows PAW Properties to collect a portion of any commission earned. Then, we would pass along part of those funds to help animals in need!

WE HAVE A REGULAR OPEN HOUSE AT THE SANCTUARY-12-4 pm every Saturday.
WE WILL HAVE A SMALL NUMBER OF KITTENS AT THE OPEN HOUSE 6/29 AND 7/6.

Go to Wbcats.org to fill out adoption application and get pre-approval.
Please bring a carrier to take your new fur baby home.
