I’m growing my real estate business and I’m looking for someone who is outgoing, confident, motivated, and REALLY good on the phone to join me as a part-time Sales Assistant.
And YES — this is primarily a remote position! 💻
You’ll work mostly from home, with weekly Zoom calls so we can stay connected, review leads, set goals, troubleshoot, and keep things moving.
This is NOT your typical desk job.
I need someone who enjoys talking to people, isn’t afraid to pick up the phone, knows how to build relationships, and actually follows up.
🏡 I WANT TO HELP YOU GROW, TOO.
You do NOT need real estate experience to apply.
I will train you on the real estate business, our market, lead generation, follow-up, appointment setting, and how the process works from the first conversation all the way through closing.
If you discover that real estate is something you want to pursue, there may also be an opportunity for real estate licensing assistance after you've been with the team for 6 months OR helped generate 3 closed transactions, whichever comes first.
The goal is to find someone who wants to learn, grow, make money, and potentially build a career in real estate.
💰 HERE'S THE FUN PART…
⏰ Approximately 15 hours/week
💻 Primarily remote
🎥 Weekly Zoom team calls
📞 Phone-heavy
📱 Lead follow-up
📅 Appointment setting
🏡 Pop-bys & client touches
📣 Marketing & lead generation
🗂️ Helping with various real estate tasks
And you have the opportunity to make money based on the business you help generate.
The transaction must close and commission must be received before commission is paid.
