There’s one rule I refuse to break as a real estate agent:
I will always tell you the truth.
Not the version that feels easier in the moment.
Not the version that keeps everyone comfortable.
Not the version that protects the sale over your best interest.
The truth.
Because you’re not hiring me to nod along and tell you what you want to hear.
You’re hiring me to help you see the full picture.
That means I’ll call out the red flags in a home, even if you already pictured your furniture there.
I’ll have the honest pricing conversation before your listing sits too long and loses momentum.
I’ll walk you through what the contract actually means, what the risk looks like, and where we need to protect you.
And yes — sometimes that honesty may cost me the sale.
But your trust matters more than a transaction ever will.
Because at the end of the day, my job is not to “sell you.”
My job is to guide you well, protect your outcome, and help you make a decision you can feel confident about long after closing.
You deserve someone in your corner — not just someone chasing a commission.
And that is something I will never compromise on. 🤍
