I am so excited for my clients to get this house! Is so fun, next to a park, and just down the street from us!

Jon and Keaton had one of the more stressful journeys to getting a home. At the end of last year we found them a home but the appraisal gave us some issues. We hoped to work things out with the seller but they were not playing nice. We had to terminate but the sellers were still being difficult. They tried to keep the earnest money deposit which turned into a very stressful time for my clients and a lot of hours on my end educating the agents on the other side on how to read a real estate contract. In the end, we got the money back! And now we found them a home that fits their needs even better! They are simply great people who are easy to like.

This one actually got under contract before the holidays but the Christmas Spirit kept me off IG for a bit! So excited for these buyers. They remained resilient as we lost a couple homes that they liked but eventually the perfect one came up!
