Weāve had quite a few closings recently, and itās really one of our favorite reminders of why we do this job.
From first-time homebuyers to VA and conventional buyers, every closing is a huge accomplishment. There are so many emotions, late nights, hurdles, and moving pieces that go into getting to the closing table, and seeing it all come together is pretty incredible.
Getting to hand over keys and watch our clients start a new chapter never gets old. Itās exciting, rewarding, and if weāre being honest, it makes us a little emotional every time. I mean that, ask my buyers! Iām such a baby! š
