That decision depends entirely on your situation, your finances, and what you’re comfortable with. My role is to keep you informed about what’s actually happening in our market so you can make the best decision for you.

Multiple sources and lenders are saying interest rates are moving in the right direction. If you’re thinking about buying, it may make sense to do it sooner rather than later.

Because once rates hit a very attractive low, we’ll likely see a wave of buyers jump back in.

And with that usually comes:
• Appraisal gaps
• Sight-unseen offers
• Cash offers
• Inspection contingencies waived

Do I hope that happens? Honestly… no.
I’d love to see a more balanced market—but we’ll see.
