Interesting story, having met Kamarra and Jaime along with their 4 kids by chance one day, as I was informed of a situation where they had basically been taken advantage of after selling their home to a large internet real estate company, only to be given 45 days to find a new home in one of the toughest real estate markets in history! They were basically lead astray when it came to securing a home loan and navigating the home buying process, and having had some past credit issues, they were not being given the attention, consideration, and help they so sorely needed by other "professionals" in the industry...And despite all this, having lost 13 family members over the last 2 years due to COVID-19 they would be left in a really tough position should they not find something, as renting was the last thing they wanted to do. So time, resources, skill, compassion, determination, and yes, even a little luck would all prove essential to their success. It took a committed and focused team effort (thank you Shawn Downs for an amazing job on the lending side!) to find and get my client's offer accepted on their dream home before time ran out, but we did it! And in the end, it's the stories and people like these that make it all worth it 😉 Congrats Kamarra and Jaime, I am so happy for you and your family and what the future holds in your new journey!
