A few things you'll never catch me doing as a Colorado Realtor. 🛑

Real estate can feel like a sales game from the outside (which is one of the reasons I avoided it for so long).

Some agents are simply focused on hitting the number, closing the deal, and moving on to the next one.

That's just never been the way I want to work. For me, this job is so much more than handing over a set of keys.

It's helping someone find a place that actually fits the way they want to live, and being someone they can count on long after the paperwork is done.

The agents worth working with are the ones who treat your money, your time, and your future like it matters.

The agents who last in this business usually aren’t the ones doing it alone. They’re the ones building relationships, sharing knowledge, collaborating, supporting each other, and creating spaces where people actually want to show up.

Over the last couple years, I’ve realized how much the right community changes everything. I’ve found mine. They are people who challenge me, encourage me, collaborate instead of compete, and genuinely want to see each other win. Honestly, it’s made real estate a lot more meaningful and fun!
