Congratulations to an amazing family for closing on their first home yesterday!!!

They reached out to me telling me the type of house they were looking for and I knew the perfect one that would fit their needs. They walked it and were under contract the next day. We had the inspection, appraisal, orientation walk, final walk and closed in 3 weeks!

Blue tape/ orientation walk day!

For new build, blue tape walk day is the day we walk through the house making sure orientation l everything is perfect! It's also the time the builder shows you how to maintain the home and how to use certain things in the home.
