My neighbors found a house for sale just 2 streets down from their rental they were living in & decided it was time to stop throwing their money to their landlord and buy their very first home! We negotiated the purchase price down, closing costs covered, a brand new roof, multiple inspection items, AND got it closed in just 2 weeks with a loan!🤯 This one required tight deadlines, but we made it happen (thanks to my girl ) Thank god that they’re still just a quick walk and they get to make their first home theirs!
