Good information here from PPRBD

Here's the January report for our Plan Review team. A couple stats worth mentioning here...

1. Plans for Single Fam Homes were down, but only because we're comparing it to 2021 totals. Compared to the 3 year avg we were up 36%.
2. Another busy month for New Comm + Multi Fam. This likely means even more big commercial and apartments are on the way.
3. Check out the growth of new commercial projects over the last 4 years.
