Over the 4th of July weekend, our military buyer family all the way in South Korea sent me a message about a home they are have been eyeing from the listings I sent. After some virtual showings and running comps like it's my cardio, we submitted an offer and had it accepted before they woke up in the morning (Hello 15 hour time difference)!!! Their soon-to-be Home Sweet Home is only a year old and has plenty of room for their family, all while coming in under their budget!!

This is a reminder to me that it is an honor to serve those that preserve our independence with their service to our country. I can't wait to hand them the keys to their new home!

I met this sweet couple at an open house that they saw I was hosting. We moved fast into house tours and then writing an offer! Our first offer was accepted and the rest is history.

Not all buying processes are that smooth, but when you are there for every step with your families it really goes a long way.

I can’t wait to help celebrate the Colorado adventures with this family!

Sometimes I have a hard time letting go, but the military has other plans.

Let me tell you about the T family! We met 5 years ago, in the funniest twist of fate! My now husband was ring shopping to propose to me, and set me up with one of my first friends I had here. What a bonus!! I am definitely going to miss game nights and the wonderful meals we shared together!

Off to the next adventure T Family! I will definitely be visiting soon!

US construction spending rises modestly in April
