Myth: Realtors make too much money
Reality: for every easy transaction you have 4 arduous ones…. And then….

You have this one. It was like pulling off a military coup of a mid size country. Quadruple the complexity, quadruple the technical difficulty, quadruple the number of people you have to get aligned, quadruple the stress but quadruple the benefit for the client. And then doing it… twice.

But in the end, quadruple the good feeling of watching a dear friend cry from happiness.
