One question I get asked all the time is “what are closing costs and how much are they?”

The answer is closing costs include the following:
-Appraisal Fees
-Loan Fees
-Property Taxes
-Title Insurance
-Recording Fees
-Home Insurance

You can expect to pay 2-5% of the total sales price of your home. Closing costs are separate from your down payment.
