Today marks one of my most memorable and exciting days since I became a realtor. With some serious patience and perseverance, I am thrilled to announce I got my client, and now good friend Emily Baskett UNDER CONTRACT on her first home here in Colorado Springs!
We started this search 11 months ago, yes 11 MONTHS ago! With many ups and downs, we were beat out many times, and came close many times, but we didn't give up! Emily trusted me throughout this entire process and I can't thank her enough. That means the world to me. This is a special day and had to share it with you all!
