Looking back at some of the homes we were honored enough to sell and help clients buy this year 🏡

I’m incredibly thankful for every client who trusted us, referred us, and allowed us to be part of such an important chapter in their lives.

A few stats we’re proud of:
• In Colorado Springs overall, homes sold for an average of 99.4% of original list price
• Buyers we represented purchased homes at an average of 93.6% of original list price, saving our clients thousands 💵
• The average days on market in 2025 was 43 days, our listings averaged just 35 days

For income properties (townhomes, triplexes, and fourplexes):
• The market average sold at 96.2% of original list price
• Our sellers averaged 97% of original list price, which may not sound like much, but translated to about $6,500 more per transaction for our clients 💰
