I'm excited to share another successful closing!
Congratulations to this wonderful military family on the purchase of their new home. As a fellow veteran, it was especially meaningful to help them navigate this process and achieve their homeownership goals.
This transaction involved a VA loan assumption, creating a unique opportunity that required patience and persistence from everyone involved. Seeing it all come together made the journey well worth it.
