So, Jerome Powell announced that the Fed will drop the Fed Funds Rate by a quarter point today! While this good news it doesn’t automatically affect mortgage rates. It does signal things are moving in the right direction! There were two members that did not vote for the rate cut, and one member that actually voted for a half point cut!!! Things are looking more positive on the mortgage rates going into next year. While most experts are not expecting the low, low rates we saw a few years ago, it should be a better market for home buyers in ‘26👍

Today Audrey and I tried out the new Downtown spot called The Brit Pub! It’s located on the ground level of the Apartment Building just South of Weidner Field where the Switchbacks play. It had great ambiance, is neat and clean with great British Pub fare, maybe a bit of an upscale pub theme! I apologize as the film clip highlighting the food was cut short! But our meals were fabulous! Great place to grab lunch, free parking close by too!!! I’ve got to give The Brit Pub two thumbs up 👍👍
