This Luxury Patio Home in the Flying Horse community of Sienna sold today just 28 days after listing. That’s not just under contract in less than a month…we’re talking Closed, Paid for, Deed Delivered…SOLD!
Is that because we listed it Cheap? Nope, it was near a record Price per Square Foot for the Neighborhood! Was it because of great Staging with high end furnishings? Nope, it was photographed and sold completely empty! Was it because I spent Thousands on Marketing?
