And not every seller is as firm as they seem.

Sometimes the listing is already telling you there’s room to negotiate…
you just have to know what to look for. đź‘€

There are also a few things you won’t always catch on your own—
like homes that were expired and re-listed,
or properties that are clearly overpriced for the neighborhood.
