This is good news for agents in Colorado. Please be safe out there.
Important points to remember for now:

Brokers should be consulting closely with their clients and working to immediately implement the new COVID Addendum on existing or new contracts.

RSC has implemented and added the new COVID Addendum to Instanet and has made it available online.
The Public Health Order was updated to include a number of critical services such as: Professional services, such as legal, title companies, or accounting services, real estate appraisals and transactions.

The sooner our industry is a partner in compliance, the sooner our lives can return to normalcy and our market will return to its robust state. We recognize the impact of these measures, and are prepared to support you through this time. Remember that your business is not closed despite significant changes to the way that you operate. You can and will be successful if you focus on that which you have control over.

Decisions made about your business practices and policies should be discussed with your broker, and brokers should continue to seek legal guidance with their attorneys as they consider such changes.

For my Colorado Brokers-The Colorado Bar Association has promulgated a new Addendum to address COVID 19, as it relates to our Contracts and potential delays.

Update from Fidelity National Title- Colorado


The Fidelity National Title team is here to provide excellent service in a safe and effective way during the COVID-19 pandemic. We will continue to communicate all business updates as the situation evolves.


BUSINESS OPERATIONS: All services are still functioning at full capacity.

Our business doors will be locked and we are operating on an appointment-only basis to mitigate contact.
EARNEST MONEY – We ask that all earnest money be sent via overnight mail, wired or scheduled with the branch for drop off. We will gladly provide overnight labels. Please call us for additional information.
Closings – All rooms will be sanitized before each closing, hand sanitizer will be available and we ask only required signers to attend closings if possible. We highly suggest REALTORS and Lenders sign digitally via DocuSign and be available by phone during closing times.
If you are sick, high risk or have any other special circumstances, please reach out to our team. We have proactively taken steps to adapt to a multitude of needs as they arise during these difficult times.


RECORDINGS:

Although counties may be closed to the public, most are still recording documents electronically. We can continue to close properties in all counties at this time. We have a team monitoring this closely and will keep you informed if things change.
