Behind every well-managed property is a team working together to keep things moving! 🏢

A big thank you to our Commercial Property Management Intern, Logan, for spending the last few weeks working alongside our team and jumping in to assist with a variety of projects and day-to-day tasks.

Through his internship, Logan has had the opportunity to gain firsthand experience in commercial property management while helping our team with the work that goes into supporting our properties, tenants, and operations.

We appreciate Logan’s hard work, fresh perspective, and willingness to jump in wherever needed. We’re grateful to have had him as part of the Griffis/Blessing team and are excited to see where his experience takes him next!

Please join all of us at Griffis/Blessing, Inc. in congratulating Taliyah, Assistant Property Manager, on earning her Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designation!

We are incredibly proud of Taliyah for reaching this important professional milestone. Her dedication to learning, growing, and providing exceptional service to our residents reflects the values we strive for every day.

As part of the CAM program, Taliyah especially enjoyed the financial management portion of the coursework. One of her biggest takeaways was that multifamily is all about people—creating positive resident experiences through outstanding customer service and strong community connections.

Taliyah’s advice to anyone considering the CAM designation:
“Go for it! Be open to learning, ask questions, and take advantage of the experience. You’ll walk away with practical knowledge you can apply right away, no matter where you are in your career.”
