This week, the El Paso and Teller County market recorded 4,023 showings, reflecting continued buyer activity across the region. The $300,000–$500,000 price range remained the most active with 1,882 showings, followed by homes priced between $500,000–$700,000.

Inventory continues to grow with 3,221 active single-family and patio homes currently on the market, while 204 homes closed in the past seven days. An additional 416 new listings came to market this week, providing buyers with more options as we move through the summer selling season.

It's another active week in the Pikes Peak region, with buyers and sellers continuing to find opportunities across a wide range of price points.

The majority of showing activity remains concentrated in the $300,000–$500,000 range, with homes between $500,000–$700,000 continuing to see strong interest as well.
