This week’s market update offers a look at activity across El Paso and Teller Counties as we move further into September. There are currently 3,592 active single-family and patio homes, with 152 sales recorded over the past seven days.

Showing activity totaled 3,269, with the strongest buyer traffic continuing in the $300,000–$500,000 price range. With 326 new listings added over the past week, buyers continue to have a healthy selection of homes to consider while sellers navigate a market where pricing and presentation remain important.

From August 31–September 6, 3,404 showings were recorded across 4,880 residential listings, with 269 new listings coming to market. On the sales side, 186 single-family and patio homes sold over the past seven days, bringing the year-to-date total to 7,109.

Activity continues to vary considerably by price point, with the $300,000–$500,000 range accounting for more than half of all showings last week. As we move further into September, we’ll continue watching inventory, buyer activity, and how quickly homes are moving across each segment of the market.
