Here is your quick breakdown of what’s happening right now in Colorado Springs and the surrounding areas:
✨ The Listings: We saw 413 New Listings and 85 come Back on the Market, bringing us to a total of 498 New Active Listings. This is a drop of 56 week-over-week—marking a much slower week for fresh inventory hitting the market.
✨ Buyer Activity: Buyers took 372 homes off the market this week (174 Under Contract, 194 Pending, and 4 Under Contract Short Sales). This is down by 55 week-over-week, reflecting a slower pace for buyers.
✨ Total Inventory: Total housing inventory is UP by 126 homes week-over-week. This is another major inventory increase, giving buyers more options than they've had in months!
✨ Sold & Closed: 339 homes successfully closed this week, which is a jump of 46 week-over-week.
✨ Price Corrections: Competition is real! We tracked 521 price corrections this week, climbing up from 507 last week. Sellers are adjusting quickly to match the shifting market.

The Colorado Springs real estate market saw a BIG jump in inventory this week! 👀
🔥 Market Highlights:
✅ 554 New Active Listings
✅ Inventory UP +127 Homes Week Over Week
✅ 427 Homes Went Under Contract/Pending
✅ 507 Price Corrections
✅ 293 Homes Sold/Closed
We had 481 brand new listings hit the market plus 73 homes came back on the market for a total of 554 new active listings — that’s a HUGE increase of +119 homes compared to last week.
Buyer activity stayed strong with 427 homes going under contract or pending this week, while price reductions climbed again to 507. More inventory and more price corrections could create opportunities for buyers heading into summer.
