✨ The Listings: We saw 413 New Listings and 85 come Back on the Market, bringing us to a total of 498 New Active Listings. This is a drop of 56 week-over-weekβ€”marking a much slower week for fresh inventory hitting the market.
✨ Buyer Activity: Buyers took 372 homes off the market this week (174 Under Contract, 194 Pending, and 4 Under Contract Short Sales). This is down by 55 week-over-week, reflecting a slower pace for buyers.

We had 481 brand new listings hit the market plus 73 homes came back on the market for a total of 554 new active listings β€” that’s a HUGE increase of +119 homes compared to last week.
