The market picked up noticeably in May, with more homes selling, slightly higher sales prices, and properties spending less time on the market.

- 43 Avg. Days on Market — down 20.4%
May's numbers suggest that buyers remained active despite a slight dip in new inventory. Homes sold more quickly than they did in April, and sale prices continued to hold up well across the county.
The market appears to be moving at a healthy pace, with well-priced homes continuing to attract attention.

The local housing market stayed active in April as spring momentum continued to build across El Paso County:

- 1,941 New Listings — up 10.3%
- $558,000 Avg. Sales Price — up 3.3%
- 54 Avg. Days on Market — homes are selling faster (down 11.5%)

🌷 Homes sold a little faster and inventory continued to build as we move further into the spring market. It will be interesting to see how that activity continues into the summer months.
