September brought another shift in the El Paso County market. Activity slowed from August, but average sales price remained fairly steady.

- 1,101 Closed Sales — down 7.4%
- 1,302 New Listings — down 10.0%
- $545,660 Avg. Sales Price — down 0.3%
- 53 Avg. Days on Market — up 8.2%

The slower pace isn't necessarily surprising as we move into fall, with homes taking a few days longer to sell than they did in August.

These numbers give us a look at El Paso County as a whole, but the picture can vary quite a bit depending on the neighborhood, price range and type of property.
