Starting with a huge congratulations to my wonderful sellers on the sale of 2275 San Marcos Drive! 🧡 This one had an AMAZING turnout with 37 showings, multiple offers, and a successful closing! We also set the bar pretty high for the neighborhood, selling at $355,000 with only 1,160 sq. ft.
