It’s not a shocker to say that bigger houses sell for more money. In 2020, homes sold for an average price of $139/square foot, so adding livable square footage would ultimately increase the sales price of your home. So where do you add square footage?

Take a look at your home and think about what would make the most sense, what would make life a little easier. Would an additional powder room near the main living space help? What about turning the attic space into another bedroom? Make sure the addition makes sense for your home to reap the biggest benefit.

It is National Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich Day! While this classic remains a favorite of so many, I thought of a few ways to make it even more delicious while you celebrate today. Tell me which one you want to try!

Peanut Butter and Jelly French Toast – Dip it in French toast batter before grilling
Fluffer Nutter – Replace the jelly for marshmallow fluff
The Elvis – Replace the jelly with banana slices and add bacon
Cinnamon Raisin Apple Peanut Butter – Swap the jelly for apple butter and the bread for cinnamon raisin toast
