At our resident business center you can fax or make copies, we have a complimentary notary service, 24 hour emergency maintenance, rent drop box, free gift wrapping station and free DVD and book rentals. Located right off of Woodmen and Union in Colorado Springs, Colorado you'll find yourself very close to shopping, dining and entertainment. Once you're at Epernay, you are home.
