It would be really easy for me to be the kind of agent that always tells clients what they want to hear, but that’s not the kind of agent I am.
When it comes to real estate transactions, we are dealing with hundreds of thousands (heck, even millions) of dollars and I promise you don’t want an agent who will sugar coat things or give you only answers that give you warm fuzzy feelings.
Sometimes my clients appreciate honesty, other times they don’t, and I have had hard conversations that have cost me in the short term, but I’ll do it again.
Because when someone hires me, they are trusting me to walk them through one of the biggest financial decisions of their life.
That responsibility means more to me than a commission check ever will. Real estate is not about making it to the closing table, it’s about providing excellent service while instilling confidence and providing expert knowledge to help my clients feel fully competent in their decision making.
Anything less is not who I am, and not anything I will ever compromise, but it’s what my clients deserve. ❤️
