Born and raised in the Denver Metro Area, Crystal is a Colorado native who has loved calling Colorado Springs home over the past seven years. During her residence, she has come to know the neighborhoods well and utilizes this knowledge to help select the best one to meet each family’s individual needs. After attending both college and cosmetology school, Crystal spent several years working in the fitness industry as a general manager of Gold’s Gym. Her work experience and education have taught her to be motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping others. While her twenty-two years of working in service and management fostered her drive to help individuals, she yearned to help families on a larger scale. Her real-life experience in leadership, sales, marketing, and customer service make her uniquely suited to serve all real estate needs, and Crystal has found her calling helping families find the perfect home in which to make their memories or a buyer as they look towards making new memories in a new home. She endeavors to create an exceptional professional experience tailored to the unique needs of each client. Whether she helps clients with buying, selling, or investing in a home, she will work hard to provide the best knowledge and service possible. Her own personal experience has taught her how to be patient and empathetic, yet powerful when needed, and clients will find that she will be both their support and their advocate. Having a family of her own provides Crystal with insight into how a house can be more than a home. With two children and a husband who serves in the Army, Crystal understands how important it is to have the perfect place for each family. In her free time, she loves spending time with family and friends, working out, watching movies, shooting photography, and catching up on sleep. She also continues to serve the community and has been a key part of several non-profit projects addressing su***de prevention, depression, and eating disorders. Don’t price it based on what you need to make. Price it based on what the market says it’s worth.

There is seriously nothing like Colorado in the fall. Every year it happens and every year we're still obsessed.
03 | Labor Day Lift Off + the start of fall festival season. 🎈
Colorado Springs does fall events SO well, and once the balloons go up, it feels like our fall calendar officially begins.
04 | Sweater weather, mountain views + opening the windows at home.
That perfect little stretch where the AC is off, the heat isn't on yet, and the Colorado air is coming through the windows. 🙌

Fall in Colorado Springs is just DIFFERENT. 🍁

🏠 Inventory Snapshot: Active listings have climbed to 3,310, giving buyers more homes to choose from.

🆕 New Listings: In the past five days, 79 new homes entered the market, keeping fresh options available for buyers.

⌛ Days on Market: Homes are spending a median of 94 days on the market, giving buyers more time to explore, compare, and make informed decisions.

With inventory continuing to grow and homes taking a little longer to sell, buyers have more flexibility while sellers can benefit from strategic pricing and strong presentation.
