Today I celebrate 15 years of the founding my own real estate brokerage, Struska Real Estate. I am licensed as an independent broker, meaning that my company is comprised of just me.

I'm definitely a "small business." I joke that the only way that my one-man, small business can get any smaller is if I lose weight. Lol

Side note: despite being a one-man business, in 2025 I ranked in the top 6% of brokers in the Pikes Peak Region.

Here is a sample of the homes I sold in 2025, as well as portraits of a few of the families and lives I have been blessed to be a part of. I capped off my best year ever in real estate with 25 amazing people and properties to work with. That’s enough to keep me busy, but not so many that my personal attention to each individual is affected.

I consider it an honor to be a part of each of your life stories. Thank you to everyone who trusted me as their advisor, broker, and confidant, even if you just called for advice. My business is built on helping people and being “Always Happy to Serve.”

Funny story:
I use smart, bluetooth-enabled lockboxes on my client's listings for their own security. It's the best way I can ensure that every agent who shows their home is logged every time they open and close the lockbox with the key in it. One such agent was struggling to get the app & lockbox to work on one of my listings. Both manual (combination) and smart lockboxes can have issues at times, so it's a normal part of our jobs.

She scolded me for not having combination access to the home, which again, I understand the frustration, and I want them to get into my seller's home for the showing. The funny part was her reasoning: "You need a backup for days like today when the wind is blowing away the Bluetooth."

Not kidding, it actually happened, and it was within the past two years.

Quick tip: if there is any chance you might want to sell your home in the next 8 months, ask your favorite agent to come take exterior photos before all the leaves fall off and your landscaping goes dormant for the winter. If you live within an hour of Colorado Springs, I'll come do this for free!

"Farm fresh eggs? Absolutely."

I love all the natural different shades and sizes. And small-farm eggs always seem to taste so much better. Definitely going to put 3 of these in my breakfast burrito tomorrow morning.
