Who's next to be my neighbor?! 💛🔑🌄
I'm always pleasantly surprised when a new buyer reaches out saying they are wanting to relocate to Colorado Springs and would love to live in my neighborhood. They always tell me that they love the views and the fall colors that I post on my Instagram stories while I'm walking my dogs or attending monthly community events.

The neighborhood of Gold Hill Mesa is a local favorite here on the west side of Colorado Springs. It sits just south of Highway 24 and Old Colorado City and offers views of Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, and downtown.
The neighborhood offers single-family homes, townhouses, and a community center that includes a gym, salon/spa, and mini art gallery.

This year (2025) the subdivision has finally started the highly anticipated expansion of the neighborhood. Toll Brothers and Vanguard Homes will be the builders to complete the premier planned community. The plans include adding about 600 new homes, townhomes and apartments to the subdivision.
