Congratulations to my clients for officially getting their rental property SOLD!!!

This was one of those transactions that makes you question your career choices πŸ˜‚ but I'd do it all over again if I had too!!

Not only did we receive 4 offers in total but we went under contract on this beauty 3x, all three buyers chose to do their own inspection, there were three sewer scopes done, over eight companies gave opinions on the "foundation", mold testing was done, my file for this property is by far one of the largest with over 75 different documents, receipts, pictures, and inspections....totalling over 500 pages, and then we had seven different sub files within the file itself.

I couldn't be anymore grateful for my sellers sticking this one out with me! No matter if it's your first time selling your home or 100th, transactions like this are never easy!
