We are a mother daughter real estate team who happen to be 4th and 5th Colorado Springs natives, and 3rd/4th generational real estate brokers. Our ancestors homesteaded in the Black Forest area in the late 1800s. Several generations later, our grandfather/great-grandfather opened a small boutique real estate and insurance business on east Pikes Peak, called Robison Realty, across from present day Memorial Park. At that time, it was so far outside of town, that it took 3 months to get phone service. Wow...has Colorado Springs grown and changed, and we’ve seen it all! We have deep roots in the community and in the real estate business. Gayle has achieved emeritus status with Pikes Peak Association of Realtors because she’s been in the business for over 40 years. Tammy was licensed as a real estate sales person in 1990, and then took the broker transition course in 1994, achieving over 25 years in the business herself.
