HOME SELLERS - Selling a home and getting the most money into your pocket is an art form. You’ll find agents who will advertise your home for sale by slapping the minimum information into the MLS, and shooting grainy house photos from their cell phones. Not me! I pride myself in creating beautiful marketing materials, advertising across multiple social media platforms, and holding Open Houses. I also do my very best to recommend a competitive price point for your home by completing a comprehensive, data-driven Comparable Market Analysis of similar homes in your area that have recently sold. I’d love to meet up to answer any questions you may have about the home-selling process, preferably at your home so I can get a feel for the property. As the title suggests, if there’s work to be done, I work until the job is done, regardless of the day-of-the week! While my business hours say 9am-7pm, if my phone pings me at 10pm and I’m awake, I’m answering it!
