You’re probably already paying a LOT in interest with your car loan or credit cards. 💳

But that interest rate goes all the way up when you think about rent. 📈

Even though rent doesn’t come with an explicit interest rate, renting is essentially like paying a 100% interest rate.

Unlike a mortgage, where you build equity, every single rent dollar is gone forever into your landlord’s pocket. 💸

When you own a home and pay a mortgage, you build equity, which goes back into your pocket when you sell. Plus, you have a more stable living situation since you’re not at the mercy of rising rent prices.
