His background gave me a firsthand understanding of what it truly feels like to uproot a life and search for a place to call home.
Nathanel's path to real estate was driven by a deep passion for how people connect and find common ground. After graduating from Fort Lewis College with a degree in Psychology, He spent years in service contract negotiation and direct consulting. That environment ingrained in him an absolute discipline for hard work, resilient problem-solving, and clear, empathetic communication. Now, as an agent aligned with Coldwell Banker, He pairs his personal grit with a global network spanning over 40 countries and a 120-year legacy of market leadership.
