I need to ask for your help! I currently have 11 families looking for very specific homes in the Pikes Peak Region! Here’s what they are looking for:
1. Buyer, .5 - 3 acres, 4 bed/3 bath, 3,000+sq ft, needs large kitchen, office/storage space are a huge plus, Cascade, Woodland Park, Divide, Palmer Lake or the Springs, $500k-600k.
2. Buyer/Seller, 3+ bed, ranch home, Fountain area, $600k, RV garage at least 45 feet long, or acreage for it.
3. Buyer/Seller, luxury home with RV garage/barn on 2-5 acres, North Colorado Springs up to Castlerock, $800k.
4. Buyer, needs 3+ beds, a few acres, $500K, mountain home west of The Springs, in the trees, Woodland Park, Florissant, Divide.
5. Buyer, needs 2-4 beds/2+ baths, 2-car garage, $450k, fenced-in backyard with nice lawn and landscaping, northside Colorado Springs.
6. Buyer/Seller, luxury Monument area home, shop space, large RV garage space for a couple of large units, $750k.
7. Buyer/Seller, horse property with mix of trees and open space, 5-40 acres, 3+ bed, N-NE Colorado Springs, no manufactured homes, $600k.
8. Buyer, stylish/updated townhome/single family home, 3 bed/2 bath, 2-car garage, must have area for a dog, preferably fenced, NE Colorado Springs, $250k.

10. Buyer/Seller, 5+ bed, up to 10 acres, Palmer Lake out to Peyton, up to $650k.
11. Buyer, ranch home in Springs, 2-3bed/2+ bath, max $400k.
