Those of us in Colorado know that official planting season🌹 starts around Mother’s Day. But I’m lucky enough that I get to help people plant their roots year round! Watching those roots sprout 🌱 and grow over the years is a joy - whether that’s home improvements or the addition of new family members 🍼! Median Sales Price:
The median sales price is the middle price of all the houses sold in a particular area within a certain time frame, arranged from the least expensive to the most expensive. It represents the midpoint where half of the houses sold for more and half sold for less.

Average Sales Price:
The average sale price is the total sum of the prices of all houses sold in a particular area, divided by the number of houses sold. It gives you an idea of the typical or average price of houses sold in that area.

Days on Market:
The amount of days a property has been listed for sale before it goes under contract.
