Flashback Friday takes us to 1985 when Schuck Communities acquired Spring Creek a 473-acre infill project following its foreclosure, repositioning it through zoning and creative new road configurations. After working collaboratively with the State and City, Schuck Communities negotiated the relocation of US Highway 24, opening up the property for extensive development and resulting in a joint venture with the Del Webb Corporation.
