Kellen started his Real Estate career in early 2007 in Colorado Springs as a Broker Associate for a local Commercial Real Estate company. In 2011, he opened his own brokerage and later sold his business to a National firm, where he worked first as a top-producing and the most reviewed agent (2018 and 2019), and most recently as the director of two major US Markets at one time while the company went public.
