Look out for this when buying your next home!

1. Neighborhood. A great house deserves a great neighborhood. Research local schools, amenities, and the overall vibe.

2. Floorplan. Imagine your daily life in this space. Can you see yourself living here comfortably? Is there room to grow into it?

3. Major Home Systems. Get to know the HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. A home inspection can save you from costly surprises.

4. Exterior. First impressions matter. Assess curb appeal, maintenance needs, and potential repairs.

5. Natural Light. Bright spaces can improve your mood and save on energy bills. Open those curtains and take a good look.

6. Signs of Damage. Keep an eye out for any red flags like water damage, mold, or structural issues.

7. Garage. Does it fit your car(s) and storage needs? Don't forget this crucial space where you can pick up some extra sqft.

8. Rennovation Needs. Assess and price any updates or renovations you’d like to see. It's all about making the house your own!
