Do you believe first impressions matter? 🤔
***These photos are of a home I was able to get under contract in less than a week! 🙃🥳🙂 My camera on my phone is good, however you can tell which photos I took on my cell phone and the photos that were taken by a professional. Considering I am trying to get my clients the most 💰$💰$💰out of their home🏡, it is well worth having professional photos taken for them!
*** If someone is not interested in seeing a home because the pictures they see online are not impressive,👎 you will never have them as a potential buyer. 😿 This is why I offer PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHY for ALL of my listing clients. 👊🙌🙋♀️
***First impressions matter, and the BEST way to get people into your home and to make an offer, is to have it stand out above the rest! 🏡😍 Don't settle for cell phone photos or an agent who doesn't guide you in getting your home ready to sell, you are most likely losing lots of equity and potential buyers! Also...make sure your agent has you listed in the appropriate MLS service for your area! (That's a whole 'nother rant for a different day!)🤦♀️
