As a former Realtor and real estate educator and trainer, I had high expectations of Rebecca and George Nehme when I recently listed my Colorado Springs condo with them. Much to my delight, they not only met my expectations, but greatly exceeded them. They responded immediately when I contacted them about listing the property, with all the information I
needed to set a reasonable list price. They had it listed on the MLS the minute my signature on the contract was dry. Within three weeks I received a decent offer, and their guidance during the negotiation process was invaluable. As an absentee seller, I was not able to take care of the many little (and not-so-little) details and repairs that needed to be done to prepare for closing. The Nehmes took care of everything, using tradespeople they knew and trusted. They kept me informed of everything during the escrow process, usually before I even thought to ask. I was well aware of all the potential problems that could occur during the escrow process, but we closed on schedule with nary a ripple in the water. George Nehme was our agent when we moved to Colorado Springs back in 2001. We immediately thought of him and Rebecca when we started planning our move to Texas late in 2013. Early 2014, we met with George and our house was listed. George and Rebecca worked non-stop in showing our house, keeping us abreast of how the market was doing and always very professional. They kept us informed of the status of our home, made recommendations; even when we vacated the house, the kept a close watch. They will forever have a special place in our hearts and prayers. We chose George and Rebecca Nehme as our real estate team after considering several other local real estate agents. Feedback from other customers and review of BBB, consumer sites, etc. was all positive. From the start we were very happy with the professional service that we received and the way that they work as a team provided a level of service far beyond what I expected. Prior to our house hunting trip they established an online link to a personalized list of houses for that met all of our requirements and which I found very helpful. Once we arrived on our house hunting trip, they made the process of looking at the properties was painless and they provided excellent advice on neighborhoods, schools, planned road developments. They have extensive experience in construction and were able to point out things about the way that the houses were built and the builders that was very helpful. What was particularly impressive was how smoothly the actual purchase process went. What is really exceptional is the continued help they have provided over the year since our transaction was complete. They truly care about their clients and want to make sure that you are happy with the choice you made.
