The market continues to be strong.
ShowingTime stats for all of El Paso County and here is what they found as of last Friday;
Based on this past month:
3/1/2020 - 3/20/2020: There are 10,419 showings to date in CO Springs
3/1/2019 - 3/20/2019: There were 8,427 showings in CO Springs
Based on this past week:
3/13/2020 - 3/20/2020: There are 4,001 showings to date in CO Springs
3/13/2019 - 3/20/2019: There were 3,163 showings in CO Springs Showings are up.
